I finished it!!!!!! All done by hand on my fixed computer
I messed with some different screetones and stuff in Photoshop. This pic took me forever!

This is actually a combination of scenes from the Death Note manga (chapter 9 "Woman") and so I parodied off of that AND of "Home" by Out of Lullabies (which explains the suit and the caption). It's L before the ball trying desperately to figure out ties. So he goes to the best place to learn how to do stuff; Youtube!
